RUTH MCKENDRICK has had a career in Real Estate since August 1986.

Born in Montreal, Canada, and having lived in Germany in the early 1980’s, Ruth has the ability to communicate in the German language as well as some French, which comes in handy when dealing with the public.  She has lived in Auckland since 1982.

Prior to Real Estate, Ruth spent many years working in the legal profession in both Canada and New Zealand and as a result of this is most competent in the execution of documentation.

One of her strengths in real estate is in negotiating.  This aspect of the job requires determination and the ability to be fair and just to all parties, and Ruth executes this very important part of her job exceptionally well.

Ruth has concentrated for many years in the One Tree Hill, Onehunga, Royal Oak, Greenlane, Epsom and Hillsborough areas, but also lists and sells in the other surrounding areas, which the Branch encompasses, including Mangere Bridge.

Ruth has also worked in the Eastern suburbs, including Remuera, Meadowbank and St. Johns and consequently has a vast knowledge of the real estate market in the central Auckland areas.

During her career with the company, Ruth has picked up such awards as National Salesperson of the Month, Number of Auctions Listed, Top Dollars of Gross Commission and has been a member of the National Millionaire Club – an exclusive status reserved for a small percentage of those who become the best in the business.
